Arrival

• MO check in can be done through SFT application and will be an easier method than manual check in
• Error message MO, lot size not found emphasize on scanning the wrong QR Code
• At the upper part of the application, will show the three most recent process and display the related process details.

Departure

• MO check out can be done through SFT application and will an easier method than compare to manual check out
• The apps include the modules of Exception Qty and Maintain Data Collection
• Scanning of QR Code in Exception Qty will activate the respective quantity column

Hold MO

• Holding of MO must take place only after complete check in
• When the MO has checked in but yet ready to start process, MO will be hold
• Hold a MO and Unhold a MO are of same steps.
  1. Scanning MO process QR code (the latest QR Code checked in)
  2. Scanning of the reason causing MO to hold
  3. Click on ‘Confirm Hold’ or ‘Cancel Hold’

Equipment Status

• Update the equipment status according to physical situation.
• The status of equipment allow for selections are :
  1. Normal
  2. Shut Down
  3. Setup
  4. Malfunction
  5. Hold
• To change the status of an equipment, scan both the QR Code of equipment and the reason related
